These Terms & Conditions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information displayed in our online store are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings or other factors.

If you have questions about a product before placing an order, please contact us.

3. Prices and Payment

All product prices are displayed on the website. Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The available payment method in our online store is PayPal.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Payment transactions are handled by PayPal in accordance with its own terms, conditions and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full PayPal payment credentials.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

You can place an order through our online store using either the guest checkout option or an available account, if applicable.

Before submitting your order, please review your selected products, quantities, delivery details and total price.

After an order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Please ensure that the email address and delivery information provided during checkout are correct.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using tracked standard shipping through Cyprus Post.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks from order processing. In rare cases, delivery may take 5–6 weeks due to postal delays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the number of products ordered. The applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at markomsek@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.

We may ask for photographs or additional information to help assess the problem. However, this does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law in cases of lack of conformity, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund, as applicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your mandatory statutory rights.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you retain the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence, where required by applicable law.

Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
